WE HAVE VACANT UNITS AVAILABLE FOR DISPLACED FAMILIES:
Unit 303 is 1500 sq. FT and has 1 bedroom and 1 & 1/2 baths. It is fully furnished including towels, dishes,silverware, sheets, cleaning supplies, TV, WiFi, 2 car garage etc and utilities are paid.
If an individual(s) lost everything in the Marshall fire and are low income, we could offer the unit for free for 2 months. After 2 months, at our discretion, the renters may need to vacate the premises or we would consider a rental rate of $1,900 per month. Pets are ok but that is subject to change should a barking dog bother the neighbors.
