WE HAVE VACANT UNITS AVAILABLE FOR DISPLACED FAMILIES:
None of our apartments are furnished but all apartment homes will have a washer & dryer.
We currently have 2 two bedroom, two bath apartments ranging in price from $1,750 to $1,949. We also have 2 two bedroom, one bath apartments ranging in price from $1,812 to $1,832. There is currently 1 one bedroom home available for $1,588.
We are pet friendly, for up to 2 animals, though we do not accept caged animals. Our weight limit on dogs is 80 pounds and we do have breed restrictions. There is a non-refundable pet fee, price depends on animal and age, and pet rent is $30 a month.
It is $18 to apply per person 18 years or older and the base deposit is $200 for a one bedroom and $250 for a two bedroom.
