We are income-restricted so please review the guidelines below to make sure you qualify for our Community.

Range View Apartments is a new affordable community located off Montview & Sable in Aurora Colorado.

We provide water, sewer & garbage service, and our residents are responsible for electricity, cable and internet. Washers and Dryers are provided inside every unit for resident convenience. We have a seasonal swimming pool, fitness center, and clubhouse. Additionally, we provide professional On-Site Management as well as maintenance, and are proud to be a 100% Non-Smoking Community.

*Household income must be at least 2 times the rent

Screening Charge (money order only):
$45 – All household members 18 or older will be screened.

Deposits:
$400 or up to one month’s rent, depending on screening.
$250 per pet maximum of two, under 40lbs with breed restrictions.

Student Status:
All household members cannot be full-time students within the current calendar year. (See manager for exceptions.)

Defining Income:
At initial certification, all household members combined cannot make more than the gross annual income listed below. Income includes, but is not limited to employment income, self-employment income, Social Security, pensions, SSI, or disability income. Unemployment compensation, alimony, child support payments, recurring contributions and gifts, Income from assets – interest, stocks, bonds, real estate, etc.

3 person- $56,640
4 person- $62,880
5 person- $67,920
6 person- $72,960
7 person- $78,000
